Comments: My service tech was Tom. He was knowledgeable and located my problem immedately. He was helpful by pointing out a serious potential problem with my pump but did not push me to purchasing or repair it. I choose to repair now and avoid replacement later. Negative was the cost for the job. The pump repair was acurately priced but between service call fee and "mileage" it added considerably to the total bill. Far more than I expected.

Comments: A very nice person to work with. He came to look at the spa and was able to replace the pump and fix all the issues onsite in one visit. In addition we were able to order a new cover. One stop shop! We will use them for any future needs and would recommend them to anyone looking for Hot Tube service.

Comments: Received a call within one hour, arrived within several hours. SAME DAY as called! Excellent knowledge and service. They got my hot tub functional to use while we wait on more parts (one pump is out). THESE GUYS TRAVELED FROM 2 HOURS AWAY TO DO THE SERVICE. I will use them again and refer them to my friends.
